Hi, my name is Ali and I am a photographer based in San Francisco Bay Area, California.
I have always been a visual person and an artist from the very beginning. Photography became the medium of expression for me when I first picked up my camera at an early age of 8.
I feel that a photograph should interpret the artist’s insight, of his vision and in doing so, he should convey that image and message to the viewer. I have always believed in the saying – “The subject is always more important than the viewer” and that has made me more aware of my subjects and educated me in a whole new way.
I am a strong believer of personal work. However, I also do paid and commissioned work.
